Hello there! And welcome to Dandelion Seeds, an illustrated newsletter that’s hand-painted and hand-lettered, from my desk to yours.
Friends, I know what you’re thinking.
Another post about coffee?
But I couldn’t let this essay series come to a close without our favorite tradition: a new art download.
Up until now, the downloads I’ve put together have been iPhone wallpaper designs (you can find all of our past downloads here, by the way, on a new category page I recently created).
But in honor of reaching the end of “Home is a Mug of Coffee” last week, I wanted to try something different.
I’ve created an 8x10 high-res digital print, featuring some of my favorite ways of preparing and enjoying coffee around the world — from creamy South Indian filter coffee, to decadently sweet Vietnamese iced coffee, known as cà phê sữa đá.
If you’d like to print out the artwork, all you need to do is click on the button below the image to download it for free.
See you next week, with a brand-new illustrated essay — which, I promise, will not involve any hot drinks (except those you enjoy while reading the essay…).
With love,
Candace
I would love to see a series on tea. Beautiful images, thanks for sharing
F*#$ YES!!! I was trying to figure out ways to screen shot your coffee illustrations because I love them so much. We have a HUGE coffee counter in our kitchen and we have all sorts of coffee paraphernalia! I saw the photos of your beautiful little family on instagram the other day, and it warmed my heart. Blessings to you and your babes. Love, Amanda
