I've enjoyed tea and coffee from around the world, including until the recently, the now controversial civet cat poop coffee that was on my bucket list.

I am still amused when offered chai tea in the US, because in many places I've lived, chai is black tea without spices or other accoutrements, so chai tea in my mind is either tea-tea or chai-chai. I understand the distinction made by connoisseurs between tea and chai, but in rural villages, the distinction is often lost.

Love the name...Elena was my mother's middle name so it feels very special to me.
