It's so funny you should say that, Daisy -- as Jose and I said the exact same thing after we arrived back at the hostel :) We've had so much change going on around us with our move to Belgium that to find the common room looked just like when we'd last seen it seven years ago, gave us that same feeling as when you go back to the home you grew up in and see your childhood bedroom again...it was such a moment of comfort and reassurance for us both, and an unexpected gift from our time on Lofoten.
