I love coming here. I love reading these community posts. I love the delicate art, the gentle words, the spirit that feeds my soul. When I am here, I am not a label or a category. I am a soul that comes for sustenance and leaves refreshed. And I never go away disappointed.
i loved reading through the comments on the original post, but these offerings are an extra layer of beautiful to read again here. what a tender series! <3
All three so beautiful, but catching the moon is a magic I can really relate to. The moon may reflect sunlight, but somehow something is added in the mix of molecules that cross the vast space. Something powerful.
Such a beautiful collection of good places! Mine is the labyrinth in a grove of trees in my co-housing community. I wish I could post a photo of it here. I am surrounded by a family of kindred spirits among the trees, moss, stones and critters there. Always a delight. Always grounding to walk the path in toward the center, stay awhile, then walk back out again. This labyrinth has supported me through lots of life challenges over the past 15 1/2 years.

I love how you say, "What a tender series." I couldn't agree more. But using the word "tender" is the perfect description. :)
it felt like the most apt word for something so personal, shared and illustrated so beautifully. <3

How lovely, and so needed right now.
I love both the memories and the now moments captured in these good places. I'm particularly fond of the moon.
Lovely words, lovely illustrations.
